This means seeking, finding, developing and using people's skills and abilities within a church is vital. Every Christian is a person with a role and a gift to bring for the building up of the local church - everyone
This conference looks to encourage and equip local leaders to spot, encourage and then use as many of the God given gifts in their church, to the blessing of the individual, the church, and their wider community.
